Zimbabwe has to date vaccinated 400 000 people in what confirms increased uptake of the COVID-19 vaccination in the country.

According to ministry of health and child care, 400 772 doses have been administered of the first jab as of yesterday.

44 new COVID-19 cases and two deaths were also recorded yesterday taking the cumulative total to 38 235 confirmed cases and 1567 deaths.
