By A Correspondent- Zanu PF President Emmerson Mnangagwa has flown to Uganda to witness the swearing-in of an African dictator, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who is the leader of Uganda.

Museveni was declared winner in January in an election he was contested by Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu also known as Bob wine.

Museveni has been the President of Uganda since 1986
