President Robert Mugabe’s business partner and Green Fuel company boss, Billy Rautenbach, has not paid workers for over 8 months, the labourers write complaining.
Rautenbach began his business 5 year ago, through the back door, after falsely claiming it would among other things electrify the whole of Manicaland.

Wezhira 59,you have emphasized the right point. which all workers in these companies need to implement.But with Green Fuel its a different issue bro.I remember last year workers at Green fuel were beaten by the police [black boots] they were even tear gassed when they try to show a peaceful demonstration at chisumbanje plant .They went even door to door beating children and the elderly. forcing them to go to work.Right now the police [Black boots] there are camping on the company premises with guns to instill fear to the workers.this really mean the government have a hand on the oppression of workers at Green fuel.

Message to all zimbabwe workers. We continue to get raw deals with employers simply because we dont view ourselves as equal partners in the employee vs employer relationship. If we all down our tools and speak with one voice its the employers who will value our services and come begging to us. The problem is we are so attached to our dear jobs so much that we forget why we are employed in the first place, to feed our families. We end up working for months without a prospect of getting paid but we continue working reason being we want to keep our jobs that are failing to cater for why we got employed. The reason why we go to work is to put food on the table, most of our jobs has failed to do that. Zim workers lets stop and reflect on our situation and get real. Employers are fully aware that we have disassociated food on table from employment. We are now more concerned with just being employed for the sake of it. Workers who had gone for 18 months without pay were retrenched but surpringly they begged to management to be reinstated my question was why beg to be employed where your services are not rewarded

Really we are suffering at green Fuel,we require the president and all the responsible ministries to come to our help. 9 months without a single salary.our children are being sucked from school.our salaries do not much CBA for the energy sector requirements.we are not even allowed to join any union which represent workers.we are being taken like slaves in our on country.Are we in a free Zimbabwe?
