CIO Deputy Boss Killed In Accident: Observers Say Tyres Are Too Clean For A Real Car Crash
31 December 2017
The following is a report following CIO Deputy Director, Mr Nickson Chirinda’s sudden death in a road traffic accident near Chinhoyi.
The accident happened last night when Mr Chirinda’s vehicle collided head on with a haulage truck.
Observers say the vehicle’s wheels were too clean for the mishap to be termed a true accident.
ZRP Spokesperson, Chief Superintendent Paul Nyathi confirmed the accident, saying it occurred at the 117km peg along the Harare-Chirundu highway.
He said the haulage truck turned in front of on-coming traffic, leading to a collision that killed Mr Chirinda on the spot.
Chief Superintendent Nyathi said it is disturbing that some motorists are recklessly causing accidents that cost people’s lives.

That’s how intelligence operatives are discharged from the service.
I agree. I recall meeting this man in Chinhoyi in 2012. I did not personally know him then, but was introduced to me by my young brother, who has a gold claim in the province. I found Cde Chirinda quite affable and humble. May his soul rest in eternal peace. Descanse em paz Camarada!
Then the CIO need to shed its reputation of being made up of totally heartless thugs whose mission is simply to kill people.
They must also tell us where Itai Dzamara and others are.
This one is onperson afraid of being displaced
But to be honest,Mr Chirinda was a nice man.He is probably the most professional CIO that I have known. He was a very down to earth man and a hardworker. He was certainly one of the best farmers in Mashwest
NOT THE KEZI ONE!!!!!
so CIO kills people…what will happen when they finally meet the creator of these people they kill? or may be there is no time to wait for them to die if one CIO messed you during Mugabe’s time lets just do fatal revenge…its time up for them to pay

It means it is a murder more than it is an accident.
An accident is “an undesirable or unfortunate happening that occurs unintentionally and usually results in harm, injury, damage, or loss; casualty; mishap: automobile accidents”
If you drive recklessly, knowing that it causes death, then it is not an accident.
CIO deputy has most probably killed a lot of people himself, so there is some sort of justice there.
Security systems should work for the nation and not be a threat to it themselves.
