Terrence Mawawa | Harare Giants Dynamos have won the Zimbabwe National Army Charity Shield after beating their arch rivals Highlanders FC 2-1 at the National Sports Stadium today.

Dembare started the match on a positive note and they nosed ahead following an own goal by Highlanders skipper Honest Moyo.

Bosso were jittery in defence leaving gaps in their rearguard in the process.

In the second half Dynamos doubled their lead through the enterprising Kudzanai Demhere, the youngster whose solitary goal sank Caps United in the semi final clash at the same venue last week.

Bosso however reduced the arrears but it was too late to stage a comeback.

Highlanders head coach Madinda Ndlovu has congratulated Dembare for the victory while Lloyd Mutasa has remained modest despite the win.
