US President Donald Trump’s own envoy, Harry Thomas in January this year announced that President Emmerson Mnangagwa needs more time to be tested since he is a new person and even 7 months would not be adequate to measure his leadership character. “There is thus no level playing field as long as the US repeats the same sanctions previously flung on former President Robert Mugabe”, ZANU PF quietly maintains position as reflected in observer comments.
