Namibia has described the political transition in Zimbabwe as the best in SADC and beyond.

This comes as more countries are coming to partner Zimbabwe in various economic activities.

The new government of Zimbabwe has opened doors to other countries willing to invest in the country, a development which has opened the floodgates of potential investors.

The development has given hope to Zimbabweans whose policies over the years have been scaring away potential investors.

After paying a courtesy call on Acting President Retired General Constantino Chiwenga, the Namibian representative in Zimbabwe Ambassador Balbina Daes Pienaar revealed that her country is happy with the developments in Zimbabwe and is willing to strengthen the already existing relations.

Ambassador Pienaar said Zimbabwe and Namibia can further explore bilateral relations in agriculture, education, mining and tourism among other areas.- state media
