By Farai D Hove| The reason why former First Lady Grace Mugabe is powerless against miners at her farm property (where her orphanage is situated) is being discussed at the Ministry Of Agriculture’s function at the Harare International Conference Centre.

Asked one critic who appeared to deliberately avoid grace Mugabe’s name, “I have often seen scenarios whereby mining overrides agriculture. You can even see it in the allocation of the claims and so forth sometimes the claims come on agricultural land…”
