By Paul Nyathi|The ruling ZANU PF party has failed to conduct its primary elections on Sunday as chaos and confusion dominated the polling.

ZANU PF commissar Englebert Rugeje announced on Sunday evening that elections in most areas will be taking place on Monday.

According to Rugeje most voting stations had not receive ballot papers deep into the night on Sunday forcing the postponement.
