By Paul Nyathi|The ZANU PF parliamentary candidate for Norton Constituency who is also the Special Advisor to President Emmerson Mnangagwa, Christopher Mutsvangwa has declared that the upcoming national elections are a mere formality.

In a widely condemned Twitter posting on Wednesday, Mutsvangwa declares that whatever happens at the elections his party leader Mnangagwa will emerge the winner in the elections.

Wrote Mutsvangwa in bold:

ZIMBABWE 2018 ELECTION: I CAN CONFIRM THAT THE ELECTION IS JUST A FORMALITY ED IS GOING TO WIN. HOWEVER WE ARE NOT GOING TO LEAVE ANYONE BEHIND ALL PARTIES ACCORDING TO THEIR % CONTRIBUTION WILL BE GIVEN POSITION IN THE GVT, SOME IN CRITICAL AREAS. I FEEL SORRY FOR SOME ALLIANCE
