Terrence Mawawa|Two male adults have been arrested for masquerading as members of the Central Intelligence Organisation.

The pair collected donations- ostensibly for Mnangagwa’ s inauguration.

The two Samson Gurumombe (52) and Brighton Magombo (26) yesterday appeared before Harare
Magistrate Rumbidzai Mugwagwa facing fraud charges.The court heard that the two unlawfully collected
donations from individuals and companies claiming they were intelligence officers.

The court further heard that the two collected cash and fuel coupons from several companies. They were
apprehended after NetOne acting chief executive office Nkosinathi Ncube became suspicious when they repeatedly asked him to make donations.
