By Paul Nyathi|While the nation was celebrating President Mnangagwa’s reduced twenty men cabinet, the President is on fact gradually growing the cabinet.
Mnangagwa appointed the Zimbabwe Diabetic Association President Dr. John Chamunorwa Mangwiro as the new deputy minister of Health and Child Care on Tuesday to take the number of deputy ministers to 14.
Dr. Mangwiro is the Member of Parliament for Chikomba West Constituency where he won in the 2018 elections as a Zanu-PF candidate.
Mangwiro Will deputise Obadiah Moyo who was appointed together with nineteen other cabinet ministers and nine provincial ministers on Friday.
Mangwiro could be coming as a consideration to back up Moyo who alleged to have fabricated his medical qualifications.
The president is yet to name the Minister of State for Harare Province.
