Own Correspondent|President Emmerson Mnangagwa on Wednesday launched a Ministry of Education è learning programme at a low key event in Harare.
Mnangagwa showered praises on himself in launching the programme and distributing 5000 text books which critics claim the Minister of Education may well have presided over.
Wrote Mnangagwa on his social media platforms;
It was a great pleasure to launch our programme of e-learning and exercise books at the event, “Building Positive Social Impact for Inclusive and Equitable Quality Education: Everyone’s Responsibility.”
Investment in education is a key strategy to reduce poverty, propel our economic growth and ensure our young people are equipped with the skills they require to succeed.
Government is also opening up platforms for companies to partner and promote matters related to science, entrepreneurship, child welfare, gender equality, public health, environmental care, financial literacy and many more subjects.
As we build our new Zimbabwe together, nobody shall be left behind!
