Terrence Mawawa|Zimbabwean businessman Mutumwa Mawere is sceptical of the sustainability of the current currency regime.
Mawere urged the government to create conducive conditions that raise investor confidence by upholding constitutionalism and democratic tenets.
“Why should the expression by the so-called junior doctors merit the description of “stubborn” in so far as such expression was meant to signal rejection of proposals made by the government in relation to the negotiations to find a solution2the dispute?”
“Do you think the current currency regime in Zimbabwe will last throughout 2019? I am battling with the logic in the statement.
Are you suggesting that if one holds 100% in a subsidiary, the subsidiary must lose its identity is prescribed by law? Does the law recognize
the implied loss of independence if a certain threshold of shareholding is reached.
What would be the glue for social cohesion when no values are shared by the actors concerned? What would national dialogue be on? Who would be part of the process?”
