Farai Dziva|In an open letter to Zanu PF leader Emmerson Mnangagwa and his cronies, a Masvingo based political analyst has said ruling party apparatchiks must stop blaming sanctions for their own incompetence.

In the letter former National People’s Party Spokesperson Jeffryson Chitando castigated Mnangagwa and his cronies for bombarding hapless Zimbabweans with cheap political propaganda.

Contrary to claims that the US sanctions have cut off aid to Zimbabwe, the country is receiving more aid than most countries that not under targeted sanctions.

In 2018 alone ,US $162million aid was spent by the USA government in Zimbabwe.

The only difference is that the US $162million did not get into the pockets of the Zimbabwe Looters Club.
