By Talent Gondo- Addressing journalists in Harare Tuesday, Information minister Monica Mutsvangwa revealed cabinet’s resolution to pay maize farmers US$242 per tonne at the prevailing interbank rate.

Mutsvangwa however implored millers not to increase the price of meal meal.
