Where are they getting the money in a country characterized by abject poverty?

For a person with conscience, that money could have been used to build a good classroom. It’s not his money, its stolen money, stolen from the people.

They talk of sanctions but are importing directly from those countries they claim to have imposed sanctions. And a fool heading the Ministry of Finance speaks of austerity measures.

Those measures seem to only affect negatively the ordinary man on the streets.
