Stinking reports of a ZANU PF legislator for Chiredzi West, Farai Musikavanhu’s misdemeanors at Chiredzi Polyclinic are not only disturbing and nauseating, but rather a micro of a macro detestable ZANU PF retrogressive culture of plunder and destruction.

Musikavanhu, who ideally is supposed to be a citadel of community development forcefully threw out medical equipment that was donated to Chiredzi Polyclinic by MDC shadow MP, John Mangange.

What is more saddening is that at a time when the country’s health sector is bleeding and in dire state, a person who ironically is supposed to be an oasis of people’s hope chose to thwart any efforts to alter the community’s nervous conditions.

Musikavanhu’s actions however are not alien and strange to the inhuman ZANU PF cult.

The not so honorable actions of Musikavanhu not only explicitly but aptly help to unpack the kind of demon that Zimbabweans have to confront and exorcise if the country has to move forward.

Musikavanhu is a paragon of an inhumane ZANU PF system who has gone through an apprenticeship of destruction and passed with a distinction.

He is an embodiment of a ZANU PF culture of intolerance, plunder and destruction – a ruthless anti people culture that pays no attention to the people’s needs!

That the powers at corner Rotten Row and Samora Machel found nothing wrong in Musikavanhu’s actions is a clear message that he did everything right according to ZANU PF leadership textbook.

Is it not astonishing that the Minister of Finance from the very same party that presided over destruction for the past 40 years want us to believe that things are going to change next month?

Simply put, ZANU PF is an antithesis of development!
