By Own Correspondent- Seviasi Piki, a former Zanu Pf councilor who resides near Chaka business centre, the man who assisted Apostle Talent Chiwenga soon after the accident has said he assisted the accident victim but was not even aware of who was who.

He said:

“The atmosphere was sombre and everyone was afraid because there were dead bodies. There was a police officer but he looked scared and i took control because i wanted to save a life.

I even commanded the people that were there to go and take axes so that we assist the people that were trapped. Everyone was panicking.

There were three or four boys who had the guts to assist because the other people, from a nearby farm that were there were shell shocked. They were not taking any action because they were too scared.”
