Jane Mlambo| Ruling party and government crackdown on opposition MDC supporters continues with reports indicating that Epworth Ward 5 Chairperson Patrick Bandera was attacked by four armed men last night accused of organising the August 16 demonstrations.

According to Heal Zimbabwe, Bandera sustained serious injuries from the attack.

“In Epworth,@MDCAllianceZW ward 5 chairperson, Chairman Patrick Bandera was attacked by 4 armed men last night .The men accused him of organising the #Aug16 demonstration.Bandera sustained serious injuries,” reported Heal Zimbabwe on Twitter this morning.
