Leading From The Front- MDC Harare Councilors Declare Assets?

The move by @MDCAllianceZW Harare Councilors to declare their assets as a way of enhancing transparency is a great move. However they should extend the initiative to all of their other Councilors in the country. It should be a party policy across the board.
