Farai Dziva|MDC deputy president Tendai Biti has said opposition Parliamentarians will use legal and constitutional means to make sure MaShurugwi are brought to book.

Biti also blamed Zanu PF leader Emmerson Mnangagwa for the MaShurugwi menace.

Addressing MDC supporters in Masvingo on Monday Biti said:

Emmerson Mnangagwa’ s record of cruelty is well documented.

He is directly responsible for the MaShurugwi menace.

Mnangagwa created those gangsters.We are going to use legal and Constitutional means to make sure MaShurugwi are brought to book,” said Biti.
