A caller said: there is an accident involving ZUPCO bus along Beatrice road just after Toll gate; the bus is overturned and people are in mud; the situation is very bad, no ambulance no help, nothing. Police is there they just look helpless. We couldn’t stop because our bus didn’t stop. Spread the message.
