Addressing the media at Morgan Tsvangirai house, opposition leader Nelson Chamisa said:

“Ultimately the people have the right to protest but we will provide the oxygen for that.

Last year we had 18 prohibitions…. but this year we will take no tomfoolery. The people’s time has come.

I hear a lot of people saying focus on 2023… No, We have been down this road. We can’t wait for a 5 year cycle to repeat the same mistake.”
