By A Correspondent| Today Monday the 16th of March the High Court is hearing three cases over just about one matter- between one couple, AllennGessen and his ex wife, Priscilla Chigariro. the hearing come within days of the husband getting his wife (illegally) arrested and getting her immediately sentenced to civil imprisonment early last week.

BELOW ARE THE DIARY DETAILS –

16 March High Court 11am. – 3 Cases, same applicants relating to child custody.

a) Allen Gessen vs Priscilla Chigariro. Case relates to a Hague Convention application for child custody.

b) Allen Gessen vs Priscilla Chigariro has applied for child custody in Zimbabwe saying this is because the mother is in jail. He is the one who got her imprisoned in the first place last week which other case is the subject of contestation at the High Court.

c) Priscilla Chigariro is appealing to the High Court to be released from prison for wrongful arrest.

17th March – High Court case relating to (the Pfugari Estate) siblings fighting a so called-half-brother who alleges that he owns 50% of the late father’s businesses. He came 39 years later to suddenly claim paternity and just after the father’s death, he began saying he owns 50% of the father’s business. To date he has reportedly wiped out USD 8million physical cash from the estate’s bank accounts.
