David Muchinguri brother to Oppah Muchinguri sold my house in Greendale Harare.

The house is straight down Mutare Road, just before Jaggers Msasa traffic cycle, Greendale.

The man has declared himself untouchable in Zimbabwe.

The house was sold to Kusangaya family and they confirm to paying David Muchinguri cash. Our house was our life saving and only investment.

Our predicament is that we don’t have money to sue him to recover our house and we know the court will not help add they will work on his favour.

On top of the house, David and his son David Junior also took my car a BMW and a lot of valuables that we left at our home and never paid us.

I’m truely humbled by the work you do for us as a community.

I am extremely hurting from what David Muchinguri has put my family through. I have sold everything we had just to survive while he took full payment for house and never gave us a cent of it.

I’m a motor mechanic and I have had to sell my car to pay rent. This has made my situation very difficult whenever I have a breakdown to attend to. I have to use an Uber to get my job done.

What is left for me now is to even sell my tools and car diagnostic machines to feed the family.

Our plan was to sell the house and invest the money to buy a tow truck and workshop equipment for business to sustain us as a family.
