[31/08 19:05] Hon Ziyambi: Did you read the whole press statement
[31/08 19:07] : Just send the whole statement Honourable
[31/08 19:07]: Maswera sei Minister?
[31/08 19:10] : But Minister Ziyambi Ziyambi some parts of the statement its very clear that they are some plans to reverse land reform but targeting especific people
[31/08 19:10] : no going back on land reform
[31/08 19:11]: Iwe chimbonyarara minister vspindure.
[31/08 19:11] : it sounds like, to u but not the line you are thinking thats y l asked did u read and mastered the whole doc
[31/08 19:12] : We had to read and understand unless if there is another statement?
[31/08 19:14] Hon Ziyambi: Hello have sent it
[31/08 19:15] Hon Ziyambi: What that statement is speaking to what the constitution dictates that we do
[31/08 19:17] : Well appreciated. Ticharava. Ini hangu I meant to comment your stance of engaging with Zimbabweans on this platform. I must say I find you very humble in that regard. Well done cde Minister but i have a ask
[31/08 19:18] : hatichagona kuverenga.
reports are saying some whites are harassing settlers mumash central . esp area dzana mazowe
[31/08 19:21] Hon Ziyambi: We have Black Zimbabweans who bought farms and these were acquired without full compensation. These are not covered by the global compensation agreement signed on the 29th. These are the ones if it’s possible to give them back the farms they will get. Then we also have those who had farms under bilateral agreements they are treated as if they are black farmers. Then we have very productive white farmers whose farms were acquired but are still on the land. These we are saying subject to them applying they can be given land.
[31/08 19:28]: but minister matika those who bought?
how do u compensate munhu akatengesa ega? at own price akapihwa vakawirirana?
[31/08 19:34] Hon Ziyambi: Where did you read where it speaks about reversal
[31/08 19:34] : Hon ziyambi madarika pakasvika Smith nehudzvanyiriri makuseri imi but
[31/08 19:36] Hon Ziyambi: Reread slowly without emotion and also read section 295 of the constitution
[31/08 19:40] Hon Ziyambi: Start from the previous page and continue reading instead of cutting and reading out of context. This refers to blacks whose farms were acquired!!! And those farms covered by Bilateral agreements
[31/08 19:40] Hon Ziyambi: Musaverengerwa nevamwe verengayi menga
[31/08 19:41] : handina emotion ini. handina munda. ndichatozoti ndatenga zvine mapaper not zvemusangano izvi. unogara wakabatira ura mumaoko. ndaverenga that whole document.
its a legal document full of legal technicalities meant to hoodwink the people into believing there is no land reversal. handiti maona? but at the end of the day land is being given back to former white owners.
[31/08 19:42] Hon Ziyambi: I have an example of former minister Florence Chitauro. She bought a farm before land reform. Come land reform her farm was acquired. She is one such farmer you are referring on that para not white commercial farmers
[31/08 19:42] : Vasina zvokuita vachaverenga zvavo mapepa aya
[31/08 19:44] Hon Ziyambi: I tried to explain good night guys
[31/08 19:44] : good night vaziyambi
[31/08 19:47] : Politics dzikuitwa nema farm’s pane family yakatarirswa ipapa ya Mugabe ndiyo ikuisirwa mutemo uyo
[31/08 19:51] : vachena vachapihwa ivhu.
ED is pro West. haadi machina
[31/08 19:54] : Kirsty akapihwa munda wemutema wani? in exactly the same manner explained in the above document.
toonekwa setisingagoni kuverenga
[31/08 19:55] : “Land is the closest thing to faith a man can have in this life as far as it is a firm place to stand- that is how the rich stay rich.
The land you own now is yours and guess what, someone else will be willing to pay more in 50 years time.”- Bishop Greenleaf.
GreenLeaf Season 4,Episode 3. “Visions and Dreams”.
[31/08 19:56] : thank you sir
[31/08 19:59] Hon Ziyambi: If you read that page without reading the previous you will be totally lost.
[31/08 20:04]: Minister sorry before you go.. Inini hangu I have a totally different issue but I suppose it falls under your jurisdiction. I know you may not be keen on commenting on issues that are before the courts but imio semunhu with a conscience and already proving that your tolerant to divergent views and opinions, do you think what’s happening to Hopewell is entirely fair? I know politics might be at play but as human beings, ndizvoo here nhai shefu
[31/08 20:05] : lets go page by page tomorrow then.
please pass my message to ED. he must open the economy and free God’s people.
[31/08 20:08] Hon Ziyambi: My take is he chose lawyers that played politics in court instead of addressing the real issues that would allow him to be admitted to bail.
[31/08 20:08] : Minister Ziyambi trying to be nice pagroup pano but wari kutoti gaira horor naED wake
[31/08 20:10] : Politics ant munhu wacho makamusungira politics imi mukuita politics nana mwonzora muchishandisa ma Court’s wani makambotsurwa Inga tiko gotarisa mwonzora nemi muchiita zvamunoda
[31/08 20:11]: I see but why not be a reasonable judiciary system given Hopewell was only going with President ED s anti corruption crusade. Ordinarily and in a layman’s eyes, Hopewell was doing exactly what the doctor prescribed and for him to languish in prison on the basis of lawyers not playing the right card only serves to expose our gvt. #Methinks
[31/08 20:13] : my question to minister Ziyambi is .
does your administration support or fight corruption?
did Hopewell cause corruption or tried to stop corruption?
[31/08 20:15] : Is it that he chose lawyers who want to play politics or its him you want to stop playing politics ???
[31/08 20:17] Hon Ziyambi: You are not telling the truth. His charge sheet has nothing to do with anti corruption crusade
[31/08 20:18] : No Minister that’s why I said in the layman’s eyes
[31/08 20:18] : You need to make the generality of our people understand what is going on
[31/08 20:19] Hon Ziyambi: It’s a case before the courts that will be a good case study of how lawyers played politics at the expense of their client. So l can’t comment now
[31/08 20:19] : Honaiwo. Motaurei nemunhu anononoka kufunga kudai. Its simple that the charge and the anti-corruption call are interconnected and an entire minister otadza kuona izvozvo
[31/08 20:21]: Umm I see. I am not related to him neither do I know him personally but my heart bleeds for Hopewell as a fellow countryman. Thank you and good night cde Minister
[31/08 20:22] Hon Ziyambi: Ko ini am l the prosecutor or defense counsel. My opinion is not required by the courts
[31/08 20:26] : its your ministry. look into the matter. and whip the judiciary and prosecution into line.
do u know one said ED haachadiwe saka if we bail out Ngarivhume they will go on and demonstrate because people do t like ED?
saka vachagara mujeri kusvika 2 terms dza ED dzapera?
[31/08 20:27] : Wat do u mean they played politics. Kindly narrate in brief the politics they played
