By A Correspondent- Three MDC Alliance youth leaders Joana Mamombe, Netsai Marova and Cecilia Chimbiri are today appearing at court ZimEye has learnt.

The three are appearing at Rotten Row Magistrates court.

Revealed, one of the trio’s close ally:

“Today the MDC Alliance trio, Joana Mamombe, Cecilia Chimbiri and Netsai Marova are again before the Court at Rotten Row.

The State prosecutor Mr Michael Reza and the Magistrate Bianca Makwande are working out a sinister agenda to have the trio separated on the same case. They are advocating go have Joana appear on her own while the other two appear together separately.

This then follows according to Achemedes Principal of displacement that if they so wish to incriminate the two or one on trial they all go to prison.

The State through Michael Reza is now the super litigant on the accused who are victims of state torture and forced disappearance.

When the trio reported their case they then got arrested by the State which is alleging that they faked their torture and abduction.

The ZTV also produced a photoshoped video that became a shame. The State wants by all means to incarcerate the girls. The women groups are all silent on this injustice.”
