The ZPCS Commissioner-General handover and takeover ceremony has started at Ntabazinduna Training school with President Emmerson Mnangagwa as the chief witnessing officer

In his farewell speech, the outgoing Commissioner General Major-Gen (Rtd) Paradzai Zimondi passionately saluted ZPCS staff for the support during his tenure.

“I am one of the most privileged citizens to serve this country in different capacities,” said Major General (Rtd) Zimondi.

“My special thanks go to His Excellency President Mnangagwa for his guidance right from my days with ZNA to ZPCS.

“I will continue to avail myself sharing ideas whenever necessary for the good of ZPCS and the nation,” he said.

Commissioner General Zimondi is handing over the reins to Commissioner-General Moses Chihobvu.
