Tinashe Sambiri|The MDC Alliance has lost two senior members in as many days.

The two are Provincial Secretary for Welfare(Masvingo) Wilson Boko and founding councillor for ward 23, Waterfalls, Linus Paul Mushonga.

“The MDC Alliance mourns the sad passing of Linus Paul Mushonga who was the MDC Founding Councillor for Ward 23 Waterfalls.

May his soul rest in peace,” the party said in a statement.

“We are saddened by sudden departure of founding councillor of ward 23 Waterfalls Linus Paul Mushonga to be with the Lord.
Hatfiled and entire Mdc Alliance family we have lost a friend,brother,father unshakened loyal cadre.May his soul rest in peace,” MDC Alliance Hatfield Youth Assembly posted on Facebook.

MDC Alliance Masvingo Provincial spokesperson Lee Mahachi described Boko as a dedicated and fearless party member.
