By A Correspondent| City of Harare today launched an operation where it is moving around with an earthmover and a tipper removing sand from illegal selling points as a move to discourage sand poaching but is failing collect garbage which has been piling up in Mbare since the beginning of the year.

City of Harare says it does not have fuel to collect garbage, but the question is could they not have used the same fuel to address the situation in Mbare which is almost reaching a tipping point.
