Govt Says COVID-19 Vaccines MAY BE Administered To People With Underlying Conditions

By A Correspondent| Government through the Ministry of Health and Child Care has revealed that COVID-19 jabs can be administered to people with underlying conditions like cancer, HIV, hypertension, diabetes and kidney problems.

Posting on Twitter, the health ministry said the COVID-19 vaccine helps to boost their immunity but insisted that they should continue taking their prescribed medication.

“COVID-19 vaccines may be administered to people with underlying conditions, like cancer, asthma, HIV, hypertension and diabetes, liver, and kidney problems and boost their immunity. They are encouraged to continue taking their medication as advised by their medical doctors,” government said.
