Robert Mugabe has attacked God, labeling the Creator a dog, local pastors bemoan in what they say the President has put the last nail on his own coffin.
Mugabe riled preachers this week when he made these comments while addressing a gathering and laying into #ThisFlag pastor Evan Mawarire.
Speaking in a ZimEye LIVE-REPORT program, a Mawarire peer, the Kariba based pastor Phillip Mugadza told ZimEye Mugabe has “put the last nail on his coffin.”

 
“…let me say that I am concerned of what he said that we actually spell our God, “dog,” to say that the man we call our God who is up there, is the man he(Mugabe) is saying is ‘a dog,’ …so this case really got into me last night when I heard about it; to see the God of justice has been called a “dog,” the God of holiness, the God of honesty, the God of peace has been called “a dog”.
“I don’t know which God he(Mugabe) worships because when he says that God, he never mentioned that the “G” is a small letter or a big letter, but for me in this case, he is a god with a small letter; he is a god of corruption …. I strongly believe that he(Mugabe) has put the last nail on his coffin. He has got to fall because God will not wait for this seeing him(Mugabe) blaspheming Him in this kind of way…
“He attacked our God, he attacked our Creator,” continued Mugadza.
Mugadza was speaking on his prayer and fasting campaign which he is urging Zimbabweans to join into to enforce Mugabe’s exit by the 9th August 2016.
Mugabe this week attacked Mawarire using the following words: “I don’t know whether they are serving God… we spell God double G.O.D, they spell God in reverse,” he said to cheers from a crowd.
