Woman Caught Having Sex with Hubby in Prison

Terrence Mawawa, Chiredzi| An inmate at Chiredzi Prison was caught having sex with his wife after he smuggled a cellphone which he used to contact the woman.
Trymore Ngwarati an A class inmate used the cellphone to contact his wife, Memory Togarepi.
The two appeared before Chiredzi Magistrate Geraldine Mutsotso last Thursday. Togarepi was charged with contravening section 88(1)of the of the Prisons Act (Unlawful Communication with a prisoner).
The incident happened on April 17 2016, around 10 am when Ngwarati who is serving a jail term after being convicted of fraud, communicated with Togarepi but the conversation was overhead by a prison officer’s son. The prison latter then alerted his father, prompting the officers to keep an eye on the oblivious Ngwarati.
Ngwarati who is in the A class category which does not require maximum supervision, then called Togarepi and the two agreed to meet near Joko Bus stop where Ngwarati would go to herd cattle.
The two were caught in the act by two prison officers, Douglas Moyo and Muhondo Mufaro who trailed the unsuspecting Ngwarati.
Togarepi was fined $120, failure of which she will spend 45 days in prison. It is understood Ngwarati obtained the cellphone during one of his errands since he is about to complete his sentence.
