  • 3 Months after the Gwanda poison incident, where is the evidence that Mnangagwa was poisoned?

 

  • Portrayed as a man who can survive several poison attacks and one who can sneak out of Zimbabwe totally unnoticed and then come back a President.

By Dorrothy Moyo|  ZANU PF leader EmmersonMnangagwa soon after returning from his South Africa August 2017  medicalcheckup trip boasted before a funeral crowd in Masvingo that deadly poison failed to kill him in an assassination attempt in Gwanda in August 2017.

He boasted that unlike the late Masvingo Minister Mai Shuvai Mahofa, he proved invinsible (or immortal), as it were. He was this year portrayed as a man who can survive several poison attacks and one who can sneak out of Zimbabwe unnoticed and then come back as the President.

He also while alleging that the G40 faction wanted to kill him, claimed that he was unconscious for over 5 days between Saturday and Wednesday after the 12th August incident, a complete contradiction to what a well known G40 medical doctor David Parirenyatwa revealed on the Monday that he had conversed with Mnangagwa and he was even jovial. Ironically the same Parirenyatwa who contradicted him has been reappointed Minister of Health with no qualms whatsoever.

Since 2014 has there ever been poison?

Mnangagwa has another case of cyanide attack in his office in 2014 which white powder according to a government report by the then State AnalysisSecurity Minister, Kembo Mohadi, Ngwerewere mealie meal is more harmful than it. (Mealie meal is more poisonous than the powder found in his office), a development that saw his secretary, Catherine Magaya who reported the “poison attack” being declared by doctors to be merely psychotic, when she also added that a rock had fallen from heaven and gone straight for Mnangagwa’s desk.

Scientists reveal that Cyanides are extremely toxic and only a small amount of material is sufficient to kill a person. For example, the probability that a person who weighs 160 lbs, (72.64 Kg), who ingests 0.3632 grams potassium cyanide will die within three days is 50 %, and if he ingests 0.55 grams, the probability is over 90 %.

It turned out that Mrs Magaya had merely acted the incident up after seeing the white powder and she even said there were strange demonic things happening in Mnangagwa’s office. (READ MORE ON THE INCIDENT HERE). 

As for the other State House Secretary, Fadzi Nyemba who was also hospitalised, it was a mere safety procedure, Mohdai’s report claims.

What has made the development on Mnangagwa’s Gwanda poison attack more comical is the fact that 3 years after the 2017 Gwanda poison incident, the evidence that Mnangagwa was poisoned is still to be seen. The only testimonials are from faceless people who continuously claim to be the President’s relatives and they have made staggering claims from non radioactive palladium, (and after being proven that the substance is common) shifted to the more deadly polonoium.

Where are the President’s toxicology results and why have they been delayed? When they finally arrive, will they be authentic?

  1. After all the horrible stories of how Mnangagwa was Mugabe’s dirty laundry man, the man is desperate for a good story and, no doubt, these assassination attempt stories will be embellished to portray him as a hero whose life God Himself has saved!

  4. So a person vomits blood and soils his trousers at the same time in a dramatic attempt to prove what? Where does it say that it was cynide poison in both cases? Cynide is not white anyway. There are lots of poisons in chemistry including the white anhthrax that had America at a standstill some decades ago. Evidence of poisoning? Can you give an example? An empty bottle offered by the perpertrators? Really? Or were we supposed to be shown pictures of his vomit? Some criticism is reaching almost desperate levels.

It’s like a conspiracy theory where we ask, “are we really in existence?”, “are we not code in a computer program?”, “Has Mugabe been working with Smith since 1980?” etc etc. All I’m trying to say is, the human brain is incredible, you can stretch your imagination as far as you want, but it does not help much, for it can twist the truth into a perceived lie. So if the man was poisoned, he was poisoned, else we may also easily say that perhaps the parents you have always regarded as your biological parents are actually not.

    Look, it’s very rare, if not impossible for a man to make such a long term plot, sometimes while making your plans for next year, things just fall into place and you take advantage of the opportunity and make it appear like you have been planning things for the past 6 years.

  10. How do you expect to get evidence of someone’s medical record. I am sure this phase is gone and ED is now President of Zimbabwe. Those who tried or were just accused failed in their efforts. You and everyone must now concentrating on critiquing what the ED administration is doing instead of wasting time on non-issues. Even if he lied as you want to imply what would change. G40 is gone and must not dream of coming back because if ED was able to push them out while they had the support of the mighty RGM, they are advised to behave and join the new Zimbabwe.

  11. To some quarters everything Mnangagwa does will be wrong. If he saves money by using an ordinary flight to South Africa they will say why not use the traditional air Zim and spend money like his predecessors. I guess if he had used air zim in that manner they would have said nothing has changed. If he is poisoned they will say why did he not die. If he says I was poisoned they will say he is boasting. If he keep quiets they will say why did he not tell the world. If he arrests corrupt officials they will say he is going for G40 people only. If he does not arrest them they will say nothing has changed, He is corrupt. They see no good , hear no good and say nothing good about ED.

  13. I sense you are a Jonathan Moyo apologist who is using assumptions and innuendos to prove your ill intended move to discredit the President. Why would the toxicology report be published! Give us worthwhile readings!
