Jairos Tapera has reportedly sued Yadah FC after
the Premiership side failed to fulfil contractual
obligations.

Tapera coached the team last season.

He is demanding $74 000 as part of contractual and
terminal benefits following his departure under
unpleasant circumstances last year.

According to The Sunday News, the two parties were set
to appear for conciliation at the Labour offices at
Makombe Building in Harare on 9 April, but
representatives of the Walter Magaya-owned Yadah did
not turn up and the labour officer issued a certificate
of no settlement.

Tapera’s lawyer Jackson Mpopera said they would
proceed to file written submissions.
