Can A Court Ruling Be Criticised ?

Social media analyst Antony Taruvinga has insisted there is nothing wrong with criticising a court of law, following the ruling on the wrangle between Nelson Chamisa and Thokozani Khupe.
“There is nothing with criticising a flawed
and politically motivated judgement.
Any
judgement should be open to criticism. A judge is
not God. That’s why there is the room for an
appeal.
An appeal simply means we are totally
convinced the judge erred in one or many ways
and that has to be corrected.
Who told him about the factions that
actually do not exist?” wrote Taruvinga on Facebook yesterday.
