The parliament of Zimbabwe has dismissed the case by the expelled former MDC T deputy president Thokozani Khupe, saying she is groping in void land.

The Speaker Of Parliament said Court application is void and missguided.

Mr Jacob Mudenda made this statement in his submissions for the case currently scheduled for the 30th of May 2018. He said,

“I and my office, have been guided by the various views expressed by this court in these kinds of matters as well as its pronouncements. We have in addition been guided by the law as we have always understood it. The allegations made by the applicant against me do not have any legal validity.”
