By Paul Nyathi|President Emmerson Mnangagwa says that he is overwhelmed with message of sympathy from Zimbabweans around the country following assassination attempts on him at the end of a rally in Bulawayo on Saturday.

In his official Facebook page, Mnangagwa thanked the nation for standing by him through the time.

Meanwhile, the ruling ZANU PF has called on Zimbabweans to remain calm ahead of the incident.

Party spokesperson Simon Khaya said i a statement on the bombing, that the party will continue undeterred in its campaign programmes.
