By Simba Chikanza| MDC Alliance senior politician, Eddie Cross has said that he never said that ZANU PF leader Emmerson Mnangagwa is going to win Monday’s elections.

Speaking to ZimEye yesterday, Hon Cross said he never backed or sounded out that Mnangagwa is winning.

“I never said that.”

“No no, no, the state media has been trying to get me to commit myself on that so sometime, and my position is every clear. I think the election is too close to call. I don’t think anybody, anybody could predict who is going to win this election. In fact I think Chamisa has narrowed the gap between himself and Mnangagwa dramatically in the last few weeks.”
