By Paul Nyathi|MDC Alliance principal and Spokesperson Professor Welshman Ncube who has been silent throughout the run up to the constitutional court hearing set for Wednesday has finally spoken on the matter.

Ncube who is himself a constitutional lawyer of repute, says that the real battle in the hearing is with the constitutional court itself as it faces a challenge to go through all the evidence provided to come up with a fair judgement.

“Having now read through all the papers filed by all parties in the Constitutional Court Presidential election petition me thinks it is the Constitutional Court itself which will be on trial on Wednesday. Will they have the courage to look at the evidence without fear or favour?” Said Ncube in his Twitter page.
