For the past 3,5 years Christian aid through its partners Ntengwe, and Silveira House, and an assortment of local institutions and stakeholders has been implementing the “Integrated Learning, Skills and Entrepreneurship Advancement Initiative” (ILESEA) programme in five wards of Binga district in Matabeleland North Province of Zimbabwe. To better raise public awareness of our work, strengthen our partnerships and improve advocacy efforts, the ILESEA programme would like to recruit a film maker to help produce a video documentary that captures our key results, successes and challenges, best practices and lessons learnt from the projects as well as future programme direction. The video documentary will focus on the impact of ILESEA’s work by highlighting success stories of beneficiaries of the intervention across the entire spectrum of our programming, in selected projects.

The overall objective of the assignment is to produce a documentary film on the ILESEA programme highlighting best approaches, achievements and real impacts in the programme focal areas.
