LIVE-BLAST: Mines and Energy parliamentary portfolio committee hearing has continued; with the Hwange Colliery Administrator Beki Moyo in no show. The Permanent Secretary in the Mines and Energy ministry, Onesmo Moyo was taken to task over failure by the Administrator to come to parliament.

There was chaos earlier when the administrator bunked parliament’s question and answer session. The perm sec however apologised and said “to err is human” taking blame for causing their absence.
