By Own Correspondent| Independent legislator for Norton who is also chairperson of the parliamentary portfolio committee on Mines and Energy, Temba Mliswa has blasted the “shaky” judiciary system in Zimbabwe accusing it of compromising corruption fight.

Mliswa, quoted the headline in the state owned Herald which revealed that Intratek private limited, a company owned by controversial businessman Wicknell Chivhayo had won its $25 million Zimbabwe Power Company company lawsuit.

Lamented Mliswa:

“Corruption lives another day….Whats wrong with this country? Is the judiciary system captured too? How will we deal with corruption now? I am one who had faith in the judiciary now the 3 pillars look shaky…its very difficult.
