By Own Correspondent| Government says it has an offer ready for civil servants which they will soon table before the National Joint Negotiating Council.

This was said by Acting Minister of Public Service July Moyo after a meeting between government and public service staff associations in Harare today.

On the other hand, Progressive Teachers Union of Zimbabwe (PTUZ) President Takavafira Zhou, said teachers have agreed to work for two days a week due to incapacitation.

“In the next two weeks our modus operandi as a result of incapacitation would be working for 2 days a week. We hope within two weeks government would have capacitated us. In the event of failure we will move to another level. Henceforth teachers must send their instruments of combat and incapacitation clanking into gear,” said Zhou.
