Paul Nyathi|The Harare Magistrate’s court will today give a ruling in the case against MDC National Deputy Chairperson Tendai Biti.

Biti is facing charges of inciting the violent post-election demonstration in Harare on August 1 last year and for also unlawfully announcing the presidential election results of the July elections.

The ruling comes after a fully contested trial which spanned over six months.

Magistrate Gloria Takundwa is set to make the ruling in the morning based on closing submissions from both the State and Defense.

Biti pleaded not guilty on all charges.
