Farai Dziva|A showdown is looming between Mazowe West MP Kazembe Kazembe and suspended Zanu PF members.

Impeccable sources in the party yesterday said Kazembe vowed to “remove” all perceived G-40 elements from the party structures.However the affected party members have vowed to fight to the end.

Kazembe has been accused of tampering with the lower structures of the party to settle scores with his political foes.

Three ZANU PF members, Susan Magaragada, Kudakwashe Kagunha and Henry Chigwada claim they have been victimised by Kazembe and they have subsequently written a letter to the party’s national commissar Engelbert Rugeje challenging their suspension.

“He (Kazembe) is taking advantage of his closeness to Mnangagwa to torment hapless party members,” Zanu PF sources said yesterday.
