Farai Dziva|The High Court of Zimbabwe yesterday ruled that Nelson Chamisa should immediately relinquish the post of MDC president.

Following the ruling, Zimbabweans have expressed mixed sentiments on the issue.

So these captured courts have ruled that the MDC must use 2014 structures.

Where in the world have we ever heard or seen human run systems remaining stagnant and unchanged for a period as 5 years? Even in draconian political systems structures change with time. Just as it is in this case, Khupe is having her own party.

Chamisa should just form a new party and leave the MDC with the so called rightful members. For 2023 there is still time to form a new party and mobilize effectively.

Does Coltrat know all MPs and councillors are going to lose their posts. Next is reelection under Kuphe. There is no MDC A. So all are now illegitimate. They all messed up. Legally they will lose.
