Jane Mlambo| Constitutional law expert and fierce Zanu PF critic, Fadzayi Mahere has hailed the appointment of former deputy minister of transport and infrastructure development Fortune Chasi to the position of Minister of Energy and Power Development saying his capacity to engage, listen and take ideas on board is a breathe of fresh air.

Posting on Twitter, Mahere said she recognized the value that Chasi brings on the table even though he will not be able to everything immediately.

” I’m opposed to the flailing Zanu govt but at the same time I recognize that @fortunechasi brings a lot to the table. He’s demonstrated the capacity to engage, listen & take ideas on board. Even if he doesn’t fix everything immediately, he’s a breath of fresh air. Good luck boss!”
