Farai Dziva|Staff members at Neshuro District Hospital are being threatened with suspension for disclosing that patients at the government run hospital were at some point given sadza and sugar due to lack of proper diet.

Although the matter was resolved senior government officials have since launched a secret probe to identify those who spilled the beans.

A Masvingo based newspaper last month reported that patients were at some point given sadza and sugar.

Sources at the hospital said:”We are being threatened over the report that at one point patients were given sadza and sugar.
